At Filingg.com, we are committed to providing reliable and transparent tax and compliance services to our valued customers. Your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our services—wherein we begin processing your order immediately upon confirmation—we follow a strict no-refund policy under most circumstances.
1. Non-Refundable Services
Please note that payments made for any of the following services are non-refundable:
- ITR Filing (All categories including Individual, Business, 44AD, etc.)
- GST Registration and Filing
- Company Registration
- PAN/TAN Application
- Compliance, Licenses & Legal Services
- Any customized consultancy or document preparation
Once the service process has begun or the documents have been shared by the client, we will not be able to cancel, replace, or refund the payment.
2. Exceptions – When Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds may only be considered in the following limited situations:
- Duplicate payment made by the customer (will be refunded after verification)
- Payment received but service not initiated within 5 working days due to internal issues
- Refunds due to technical errors during payment gateway processing (subject to payment gateway approval)
All refund requests must be made in writing via email to support@filingg.com within 7 days of the transaction date.
3. Refund Process & Timeline
If your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method
- It may take up to 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account
- Filingg.com is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks
